Author Terms of Service

By submitting your article(s) to us you agree that;

• The articles that you submit are your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
  
  
• You grant Article Retreat the right to publish your articles - Article Retreat may publish your article anywhere on the Article Retreat website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. Article Retreat may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
  
  
• You grant others the right to publish your articles - Other Article Retreat users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and and in other locations as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box in which you provide your author details.
  
  
• No affiliate links can be cited - The articles that you submit to Article Retreat should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable however to mention the URL (web address) of helpful sites within the article body or summary, or your own website URL which redirects to the recommended affiliate product within your resource box.
  
  
• No links to questionable sites or download links - Article Retreat will not accept articles with links (in the Article Body or Resource Box) to adult oriented web sites, including but not limited to web sites that include nudity, pornography, adult-oriented shopping sites and adult-oriented sexual content or any other potentially offensive or illegal content promoting hate, racism, hacking, warez, bomb building, terrorism or any other illegal and/or offensive activities.
  
  
• Spamming of this directory will not be tolerated - Submitting multiple copies, (2 or more), of the same article using different Titles, or with only slight modifications is strictly forbidden. Offenders will have their articles deleted, account terminated and be banned from future submissions.
  
  
• You are not entitled to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from Article Retreat or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
  
  
• Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion - Article Retreat reserves the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
  
  
• Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submission - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. Article Retreat monitors article submissions and will reject poor quality content.
  
  
• Articles must be relevant to Article Retreat - If you feel that a relevant category isn't present, please get in touch.
  
  

Publisher Terms of Service

• You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.articleretreat.com" from any article you publish.
  
  
• You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. Resource box, 2. Any links provided by the author.
  
  
• You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article, including hyperlink destinations not written by you.
  
  
• You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's intended destination.
  
  
• You agree to never use any articles obtained from www.articleretreat.com in any form of spam or unsolicited mail or email.
  
  
• You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
  
  
• You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
  
  
• Article Retreat does not endorse any author, web site, or product mentioned in any articles not written by Article Retreat Admin. No articles published by Article Retreat should be used for legal, medical, or any other type of advice. All articles are for informational purposes only.
